The training was excellent! Hélène truly embodied adult learning principles and the materials and analogies are well done. Lots of variety between conversation, break-out, group discussion during the live-event and the online module was engaging and easy to follow along. I highly recommend this program and her style, approach, and content.

One word that encapsulates this training is confidence. Although the material seems easy and straightforward, the course really showed how to apply it and how it fits into previous principals I've learned like CBT and has given me the confidence on how I can support clients with a coaching hat.

After completing this training, I no longer view it as a training. This transformative course is so much more than a ‘training’. It is about a way of life…a way of being…a way you can interact with the world. I gained valuable insights into coaching through the Level 1 - Core Fundamentals and 2A courses offered by my organization in the past 12 months. It was enlightening to discover my strengths and weaknesses and how they impact my teamwork and client interactions. Overall, I would rate this experience a 9 out of 10. This was a very interactive course that has helped me to understand and start to apply coaching skills in my current practice as an OT in schools. The different methods of teaching made this a very effective course to learn all these new concepts.  One if the best online.

When I first was exposed to Coach Approach, the concepts seemed very simplistic. What I have learned is that it is a true art to implement and much easier said than done.
